摘要
湖南文化产业国际化已经迈出了重要的一步,但是与世界发达国家文化产业发展水平来看,湖南文化产业在国际上还处于竞争劣势。文章从湖南文化产业国际化的必要性出发,提出了产业国际化发展三步骤:对外版权输出和文化产品出口;全面掌控文化市场销售过程,创建文化品牌;对外直接投资,全球资源整合;以及实现湖南文化产业国际化四路径:贸易出口、战略合作、直接投资与国际人才交流与培训。
Hunan has taken an important step in the internationalization of the culture industry, but compared with developed countries in the world, Hunan's cultural industry is at a competitively disadvantageous position. In view of the necessity of the internationalization of Hunan's culture industry, this article proposes three steps: the output of copyright and the exports of cultural products; full control of the process of cultural marketing to create the cultural brand; direct foreign investment to integrate global resources. Four paths of the realization of Hunan's cultural internationalization are put forward: exporting trade, strategic cooperation, direct investment and international exchange of personnel and training.
