摘要
思想政治工作的开展必须要有固定的载体。学生宿舍具有场所固定、人员流动性小、地域集中的特点，其稳定性、集中性具备作为思想政治教育工作载体的良好条件。因此，学生思想政治工作的载体向宿舍转移，思想政治工作与宿舍管理相结合成为了高校思想政治工作的发展方向。
The development of ideological and political work should have a solid carrier. The students dormitories have the characteristics of solid place, minor personnel mobility and centralized region. Its stability and centralization have a well condition to be the carrier of students ideological and political work. Thus the aim of the carrier of the college students ideological and political work is to shift to dormitories and combine with the management of the dormitories.
