多级液柱喷射塔喷嘴雾化特性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对5mm和8mm直径的喷嘴进行了液柱喷射试验,利用膜片采集法对塔内雾化液滴的滴径分布进行了研究。当5mm喷嘴的测点与喷嘴的垂直距离为1m,径向距离为0.3m,8mm喷嘴的测点与喷嘴的垂直距离为1m,径向距离为0.35m,喷嘴压力均为0.03MPa时,用对数-正态分布函数对5mm和8mm机械雾化式直射喷嘴的液滴滴径分布密度函数进行了拟合。 Spray experiments were carried with different type nozzles. The distribution of drop size were measured by using slides with film. The experiment data of the 5mm and 8mm spray nozzles were fitted by lognormal function. For the 5mm nozzle, the radial distance was 0. 3m and the vertical distance were lm; For the 8mm nozzle, the radial distance were 0. 35m and the vertical distance were lm; The pressure weree both 0.03 MPa
