河西干旱灌区洋葱根际寄生线虫种类与种群密度动态研究 被引量:4

摘要 2008年3-9月,对甘肃省嘉峪关市新城镇洋葱根际的植物寄生线虫进行了调查.结果表明:从洋葱根际土壤样品中共分离鉴定出线虫5个属5个种,包括喜悦平滑垫刃线虫、普通丝尾垫刃线虫、双角螺旋线虫、最大矮化线虫和燕麦真滑刃线虫.其中,喜悦平滑垫刃线虫、普通丝尾垫刃线虫、双角螺旋线虫和最大矮化线虫是在甘肃省洋葱土壤中首次发现;明确了洋葱膨大期为植物寄生线虫发生的高峰期,而燕麦真滑刃线虫为该地区的优势种,密度达到58头.(100mL)-1,占同期线虫总量的64%. A survey of the parasitic nematodes in the rhizosphere of onion was carried out in the Xinchen Town,Jiayuguan City,Gansu Province,from March to September in 2008.Five species belonged to five genera were extracted from soil samples which were Helicotylenchus digonicus,Tylenchorhynchus maximus,Psilenchus hilarulus,Filenchus vulgaris and Aphelenchus avenae.Except A.avenae,the other four nematodes were first reported in Gansu Province.Meanwhile,it cleared that expansion of onion was the peak period that the parasitic nematodes occurred.The dominant nematode species in this region was A.avenae,the density of which reached to 58 juveniles per 100 mL soil that accounted for 64 percent of the whole nematodes.
