摘要
利用笔记本电脑自带声卡开发的一套基于LabVIEW的便携式水轮机空蚀监测系统,通过水听器采集一系列水轮机工作时的噪声,对其进行适当的辨别处理,实时地显示出其时域和频域上的特性,并与所确定的判据进行比较,来确定是否空化。当达到所设定的判据时,便开始报警通知工作人员,以便及时修改水轮机的工作参数,尽量减少空化带来的损失。
The monitor system for cavitation and erosion in hydraulic turbine based on LabVIEW was developed on the portable computer with sound card. A decision system was built on the base of a series of working sound samples of hydraulic turbine which collected hy hydrophone and characterized and identified according to their domain and frequency features. Once the sound sample was abnormal, the system informed the staff to amend the correlative parameters to minimize the damage caused by cavitation and erosion.
