摘要
以旱-1(H-1)和秦爱(QA)两种旱稻种子为材料,研究了不同培养基以及不同浓度的激素对旱稻愈伤组织培养的影响。结果表明,NB培养基可明显提高旱稻愈伤组织的出愈率,对旱-1而言,当2,4-D浓度为4.0mg/L、6-BA浓度为1.0mg/L时的愈伤组织出愈率最高;对秦爱而言,当2,4-D浓度为2.0mg/L、6-BA浓度为1.0mg/L时的愈伤组织出愈率最高。
Study was conducted on the influences of different media and auxin concentrations on upland rice H-1 and QA. It was found that the medium NB could improve the callus rate of upland rice. For H-l, the callus rate was the highest on the medium NB＋2,4-D 4.0mg/L＋6-BA 1.0 mg/L. For QA, the callus rate was the highest on the medium NB＋2,4-D 2.0mg/L＋6-BA 1.0 mg/L.
