摘要
金川二矿区是我国最大的充填法开采的大型铜镍矿，年产矿石突破400万t/a，其开采深度超过千米，随着开采深度的加深，矿区地压日益明显，充填质量的好坏直接影响到矿山的安全生产。本文介绍了金川二矿区深部开采的矿区应力状况，探讨了充填材料、充填材料制备及采场充填工艺对充填质量的影响，并研究了保证充填质量的策略，对矿山中深部开采具有一定的借鉴。
Jinchuan No. 2 mine is China＇s largest filling mining copper - nickel mine which the annual output of ore has broke through to 4.0Mt/a. Its mining depth has exceeded 1000 meters, with the exploitation of the mining area to the depth of the problem and more pressure, filling has a direct impact on the quality of the mine production safety. This paper introduced the Jinchuan No. 2 mine deep mining areas stress situation, focused on the quality influence to the nature of the filling material, Preparation and filling materials stope filling process, and the backfill quality assurance measures are researched as well which have some reference to the deep mining !
