摘要
目的:了解江苏省居民高血压流行病学现状,为开展高血压防治工作提供依据。方法:在江苏省14个慢病监测点采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法和KISH表法确定调查对象,通过询问调查获得15～69岁城乡居民基本情况和健康状况,并进行血压测量。结果:江苏省15～69岁居民收缩压/舒张压均值为130.5/82.1 mmHg,高血压粗患病率为33.8%,标化患病率为25.0%;高血压患病率高学历者相对较低,农村高于城市,男性高于女性,但不同经济收入人群标化患病率相差不大;城乡居民高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为42.1%、34.1%和9.3%,高血压知晓率、治疗率城市高于农村,控制率农村略高于城市,但均无显著性差异。结论:居民高血压患病率高且持续快速上升是本省重要的公共卫生问题,高血压防治工作应重点关注低学历者、农村居民和男性,同时应采取多种措施不断提高居民高血压知晓率和控制率。
Objective： To identify the epidemiological characteristics of hypertension in Jiangsu province, so as to benefit the prevention and control activities of hypertension. Methods： Multistage stratified random sampling and KISH method were used for sampling in 14 disease surveillance points （DSP） in Jiangsu province. Personal data and health status of study subjects were collected by interview and physical examination. Results：The means of SBP/DBP was 130. 5/82. lmmHg, the crude hypertension prevalence among population of 15-69 years was 33.8%, and aged-standardized prevalence was 25.0%. The prevalence of hypertension was lower among highly educated population, but was higher among rural residents and males. The rates of awareness, treatment and control of hypertension were 42. 1%, 34.% and 9.3% respectively, there was no significant difference between rural areas and ur- ban areas. Conclusions： The prevalence of hypertension has been increased rapidly and now is one of the most important public health problems in Jiangsu province. More attention should be paid to lower educationlevel people, rural areas and male, and effective measures should be taken to improve the awareness and control rate of hypertension.
