摘要
山东临沂银雀山汉墓出土的竹书《守法守令等十三篇》,其释文在1985年《文物》上发表,并由文物出版社出版《银雀山汉墓竹简》公布以来,学术界已作过相当多的研讨。不少学者认为其大部分是当时的"齐国法律",这是根本不符合《守法》等十三篇竹书的实际情况的。本文对这十三篇竹书逐一进行细致辨析,证明它们都是齐稷下学者有关各个专题的论文。同时,本文还对《守法》等十三篇竹书的史学价值,以及当前研究中出现的种种问题,作了辨正和澄清。
A number of scholars thought most of the bamboo slips on which 13 articles were written that were unearthed in Yinqueshan recorded the law of the Kingdom of Qi,but that was not the case. This paper makes a detailed analysis of these articles and proves that they were academic papers of scholars of Jixia in Qi Kingdom during the Warring States Period. The paper also put right the historical value of these bamboo papers and problems occurred in present day study.
