RANKL/RANK/OPG/NF—KB系统的药物调节对假体周围骨溶解的抑制作用 被引量:4

摘要 人工关节置换术后假体周围骨溶解是关节寿命的主要限制因素,最终导致假体失败。其核心问题是无菌炎症性骨溶解。近年来,许多学者对参与该过程的细胞因子进行深入研究,主要包括炎症因子、趋化因子、促破骨细胞分化因子、血管形成因子、集落刺激因子,它们相互作用,最终通过破骨细胞的分化和成熟造成骨质吸收和溶解。其中RANKL/RANK/OPG/NF—KB系统在炎症性骨溶解和破骨细胞分化成熟过程中扮演关键的角色。
