摘要
为更好地评价企业经营效率,提出因子分析(factor analysis)与超效率数据包络分析(Super Efficiency Data Envelopment Analysis,SE-DEA)相结合的两步法分析模式.第1步采用因子分析提取投入产出变量,第2步将第1步得到的备选投入变量和备选产出变量的公因子分别作为投入变量和产出变量代入SE-DEA模型中计算效率值,实现对所有决策单元(Decision Making Units,DMU)的充分排序.通过对我国13家港口上市公司2008年经营效率的实证研究,证实其可行性.
In order to evaluate the company＇ s operating efficiency better, a two-step method is provided which combines the factor analysis with Super Efficiency Data Envelopment Analysis（SE-DEA）. First, the input and output variables are obtained from the factor analysis. Second, the common factors of the alternative input and output variables obtained act as the input and output variables which are substituted into SE-DEA model to calculate the efficiency, and the full ranking of all the Decision Making Units （DMU） is realized. The feasibility of this method has been demonstrated by the empirical analysis of evaluating China＇ s 13 listed port companies＇ operating efficiency in 2008.
