摘要
计算机控制技术在10万t芒硝法生产硫酸钾中的运用,使所有配料、操作等工序集中于控制室完全实现了生产的自动化,降低了原料消耗,提高了产品质量,使芒硝法生产硫酸钾工艺有了新发展。
Automatic producton is furfilled completely by concentrating the whole processes such as batch and operation into a control room through the application of computer in the production of 100,000 tons potassium sulfates by glauber＇ s salt method. Therefore the technology of potassium sulfates produced by glauber＇ s salt method is improved by the decrease of consumption of raw materials and by the increase of produt quality.
