摘要
目的了解新疆维吾尔自治区中医护理人员的基本情况,为新疆地区中医护理人员的合理配置及培养提供参考,为相关部门制定政策提供依据。方法采用简单随机抽样调查的方法,对新疆维吾尔自治区二级以上中医医院中医护理人员的基本情况进行调查,运用SPSS 16.0进行统计学分析。结果515名中医护士女性507名(98.4%),中医护理队伍较年轻,年龄≤30岁者占71.7%,中医护理年限≤10年者占78.2%;第一学历以中专321名(62.3%)为主;目前学历以大专295名(57.3%)为主;职称以护士326名(63.3%)为主,高级职称10名(2.0%);来自西医院校毕业的护士471名(91.5%)。结论新疆地区中医护理人员的中医护理年限较短,高等学历及职称人员紧缺,少数民族护士较少,相关部门应采取加大中医护理专业教育,加强岗位培训及继续教育,鼓励中医护士参加学历教育等措施,促进新疆中医护理的持续发展。
Objectives To understand the basic conditions of traditional Chinese medicine nursing teams in Xinjiang in light of reference for reasonable allocation and cultivation of nursing staff and formulating relevant policies. Methods A simple random sampling survey was conducted for investigating the basic conditions of traditional Chinese medicine nursing staff from the second class traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and above in Xinjiang, the result statistically analyzed by SPSS 16.0. Results This group of 515 nursing staff are young, 71.7% of them less than 30 years old, 78.2% working less than 10 years and 98.4% women. 321 （62.3%） graduated from secondary schools initially and at present 195 （57.3%） of them hold a diploma of college degree. 326 （63.3%） hold a title of primary nurse, and only 10 （2.0%） hold a senior title. 471 （91.5%） nurses graduated from schools of Western medicine. Conclusion Nursing staff of traditional Chinese medicine in Xinjiang is stuck in short occupation duration. The nurses with higher education or senior professional titles and nurses from minority ethnic groups arc all in short. Therefore, various methods should be taken for a continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, which include promoting traditional Chinese medicine nursing education, strengthening on-the-job training and continuing education.
