摘要
高校辅导员职业自我效能感,直接影响着大学生思想政治工作的效果和自身发展。采用辅导员职业自我效能感量表,对高校辅导员进行分层随机抽样调查,通过分析高校辅导员职业自我效能感现状,提出应对策略、措施。
The college assistants＇ career self-efficacy directly affects the effect of college students＇ ideological and political work and their own development. By adopting assistants＇ career self-efficacy inventory, investigating the college assistants by the means of stratified random sampling and analyzing the current situation of the college assistants＇ career self-efficacy, this paper puts forward the strategies and countermeasures.
