摘要
以金婺大桥单根换索为背景,通过研究非对称换索过程中塔、梁的应力和位移增量,证明非对称换索技术的可行性。为确保换索工程安全进行,提出配套的工艺措施。研究表明:封闭交通、分步换索和设置临时支撑,可有效降低换索过程中的荷载效应,实现非对称换索。
The feasibility of asymmetric cable replacement technique was verified through the asymmetric replaeemment of a signle cable on the Jinwu Bridge and also through the study of the stress and displacement increment in the pylons and girder of the Bridge during the cable replacement. To ensure that the cable replacement could be carried out in a safety way, the matching workmanship measures were fomulated. The results of the study show that the closing of traffic on the cable-stayed bridges, the replacement of the cables in steps and the arrangememnt of temporary supports can effectively reduce the load effect in the process of the cable replacement and can well realize the asymmetric cable replacement.
