摘要
目的：探讨脊柱侧凸患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜联合手术的特点及优越性。方法：10例脊柱侧凸患者中，5例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（1aparoscopiccholecystectomy，LC）联合阑尾切除术（1aparoscopicappendectomy，LA），2例行LC联合右侧卵巢囊肿剥除术，2例行LC联合腹腔病变活检，1例行LA联合右侧卵巢囊肿剥除术。结果：10例联合手术均获成功，无一例中转开腹及发生并发症，手术时间40～120min，平均80min，术中出血5—15ml，平均10ml，术后5—7d痊愈出院，平均住院5．7d。结论：脊柱侧凸患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜联合手术，只要妥善处理体位，加强围手术期管理，安全、有效、经济、可行，充分显示了微创外科的优越性。
Objective：To study the characteristics and advantage of single-port transumbilical laparoscopic combined operation in scoliosis patients. Methods：In the 10 cases of scoliosis patients, laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） was combined with laparoscopic appendectomy （LA） in 5 cases, with right ovary cyst excision in 2 cases,with biopsy of abdominal lesions in 2 cases, and LA was com- bined with fight ovary cyst excision in 1 case. Results：Ten combined laparoscopic operations were successful, none was converted to open surgery and no complications occurred. The average operative time was 80min （range 40-120min） , average amount of bleeding was 10ml （5-15ml）. The average of hospital stay was 5.7d （5-7d）. Conclusions：In the premise of proper body position and strengthened perioperative management, single-port transumbilical laparoscopic combined operation in scoliosis patients is safe, effective, economical and feasible, which can sufficiently show the advantages of minimally invasive surgery.
