摘要
目的:评价瘘管切除、乳头矫形、一期缝合法治疗乳腺导管瘘的效果。方法:回顾性分析37例乳腺导管瘘患者行瘘管与受累导管切除、乳头矫形术、一期缝合后治愈及复发情况。结果:37例患者中32例(86.49%)一次性治愈,5例(13.51%)半年内复发经敞开换药后治愈。结论:瘘管切除术是治疗乳腺导管瘘的有效手段,术中彻底切除瘘管及乳头矫形可减少复发,保持乳房外形的美观及缩短住院时间。
Objective： To assess the effect of surgical treatment of mammary duct fistula. Methods： the data of 37 patients who were treated by fistulectomy with excision of the involved duct and nipple reshaping was reviewed. The incision was primarily sutured. Results： 32 eases were cured on one session. 5 cases developed a recurrence and then were cured by drainage and regular dressing change. Conclusions： Fistulectomy with nipple reshaping is an effective treatment of mammary duct fistula. The fistila totaUy incision could reduce recurrence and provide a good cosmetic appearance and a short hospital stay.
