赛络纺复合纱线结构及其拉伸力学模型 被引量:5

摘要 在对赛络纺复合纱线工艺、组分特点以及结构分析的基础上,从复合纱线组分纤维的拉伸性能着手,结合有关短纤维纱和股线的结构力学经典理论,计算并建立了非对称复合纱线的理论拉伸方程,并用几种组分纤维及其复合纱线性能参数的实验结果与理论拉伸方程进行了验证,两者的结果相符,利用此模型很容易计算并预测在既定成纱参数下的赛络纱线力学性能,并进一步揭示了赛络纺复合纱线的结构机理和拉伸性能之间的内在联系. Based on analysis of yarn forming, behavior of component fiber and structure mechanism of sirospun, taking originally from stress-strain behavior of component fiber in composite yarn, with the reference to classic mechanical theories of staple fiber yarn and folded yarn, the theoretical strength- elongation equation of asymmetrical composite yarn is established, furthermore, it can be validated that the theoretical equation are well conformed to the experiment results. With this equation, the mechanical performance of sirospun composite yarn can be easily calculated and predicted on the condition of given parameters of yarn forming. Moreover, the interrelation mechanism has been profoundly illustrated between structure and mechanical performance of sirospun composite yarn.
