摘要 研究了脱硫石膏粉对水泥基胶凝材料性能的复合效应。结果表明:脱硫石膏-水泥复合胶凝材料的体积安定性良好,初凝时间明显延长,终凝时间和标准稠度用水量略有增加。脱硫石膏-水泥胶砂水化时,一部分脱硫石膏参与水泥水化反应生成钙矾石晶体,其余的脱硫石膏颗粒起微集料的填充作用。大量的脱硫石膏超细颗粒均匀分散在浆体中,填充并细化了毛细孔和孔隙,改善了胶砂的孔结构,提高了胶砂密实度。通过不同龄期的净浆试件的XRD图谱,表明脱硫石膏-水泥复合胶凝材料的水化产物主要是C-S-H凝胶、钙矾石和二水硫酸钙。 This article studied the influence of desutphurization gypsum powder on the performances of cement-based binding materials. The results indicated that the soundness of the desulphurization gypsum and cement binding materials is good; the later setting time of that lengthens very much; the earlier setting time and water consumption for standard consistency of that add a little. When the micellae of desulphurization gypsum and cement hydrates, a part of desulphurization gypsum reacts with cement and produces ettringite crystal, and a part of that fills in the as the micro- aggregate. Numberless X-smallspheres desulphurization gypsum disperses uniformly in the slurry; and fills in and thinings the pores and holes; and improves the structure of the hole in; and raises the compactness of the micetlae. The XRD patterns of variant age pastes samples indicate that the hydration products of composite using desulphurization gypsum and cement are mainly tobermorite, ettringite and dihydrate gypsum,
