毕业生总数逐年增加,金融危机更是使大学生就业形势"雪上加霜"。辅导员作为高校毕业生就业工作体系中最基层的环节和骨干力量,起着桥梁和纽带作用。辅导员要勤于思考,主动发挥自身优势和作用,创造性地开展就业工作,努力促进大学生顺利就业。
College students are increasing year by year and financial crisis makes the employment tredence getting worse. As direct educators and managers to college students, counsellors are the roles of bridge and link in career guidance. Therefore, counsellors should actively think and ereat, make full use of their advantages to successfully promote the employment of university students.
