正交试验法在多裂缝水平井产能影响因素分析中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 压后多条裂缝水平井产能预测新模型中考虑了裂缝条数、裂缝长度、缝间距、裂缝导流能力、裂缝方位角对压后产能的影响,但哪些因素对产能影响比较大、什么样的压裂方案最优是个比较棘手的难题。引入正交试验设计和分析方法,对压后多条裂缝水平井产能的各个影响因素进行了分析,结果表明裂缝条数对产能的影响最大,裂缝长度影响不显著。正交试验法不仅能够定性研究裂缝参数对压裂水平井产能的影响趋势,更重要的是能够定量研究裂缝参数对压裂水平井产能影响的主次顺序和显著程度,进而可以确定出最佳的裂缝参数组合,用来指导压裂施工设计。 The influences of fracture number, length, interval distance, conductivity and azimuth on post- fracturing productivity are considered in the new predicting model of multi - fractured horizontal well, but which one is prominent and what fracturing scheme is the best are more complicated problems to deal with. Orthogonal experiment designing and analyzing method is used to figure out all influencing factors. The results show that the fracture number is the most prominent; the length is not obvious influencing factor. Orthogonal experimental method can not only qualitatively research the influence trend of the fracture parameters on horizontal well productivity, but also quantitatively study primary and secondary influencing factors and moreover the their degrees. In the end, the optimal combination of the fracture parameters has been determined, so the future hydraulic fracturing design will be guided by the above achievements.
