摘要
采用高速均质剪切法制备CE/纳米-SiO2复合材料,通过测试凝胶化时间和粘度变化,考察了偶联剂KH-560表面处理纳米-SiO2对复合材料凝胶性的影响。结果表明,KH-560能够有效提高复合材料的凝胶特性;在90℃时,相对未处理的CE/纳米-SiO2复合材料,经KH-560表面处理后的CE/纳米-SiO2复合材料粘度提高率为15.99%,凝胶化时间缩短率为11.34%。
The CE/nano-SiO2 composites were made by a high-speed homogeneous shearing method. The effects of the gelling properties of the nano-SiO2, which was treated with coupling agent KH-560 on its surface, were investigated through the test of gelling time and that the viscosity changes with temperature and time respectively. The results indicated that KH-560 did well in improving the gelling properties of CE/nano-SiO2 composites. Compared with CE/nano-SiO2, the viscosity of the CE/nano-SiO2 composites, which was modified by KH-560, was increased by 15.99%, that means the relative decrease rate of gelling time was 11.34% at 90℃.
