摘要 对一台噪声较大的齿轮箱做了振动噪声试验,通过分析识别出噪声源为一对啮合的齿轮。针对该齿轮对建立了包括齿形误差、时变啮合刚度、啮合阻尼、支撑刚度和阻尼的齿轮系统啮合耦合动力学模型,重点分析了齿形误差对齿轮系统的动态特性影响,计量发现该对齿轮有较大齿形误差。对该齿轮对提高了加工的精度,降低了噪声。 An NVH experiment is done on the gearbox and the noise source is found through the analysis. The dynamic model of gear transmission considering the profile error, time-vary mesh stiffness, mesh damp, supporting stiffness and damp are built. The effect of profile error on dynamic characteristics is analysed. The profile error of gear tooth is found by measuring. The machining accuracy is improved to reduce the noise.
