摘要
本文在对中性墨水粒度及稳定性分析的基础上,对影响中性笔质量的墨水保质期问题进行了探讨,研究表明不同保质期中性墨水稳定性有很大差异,同时体系中颗粒具有团聚的趋势,保质期前后粒径分布变化较大,通过划线评价,进一步验证了中性墨水保质期对中性笔书写质量的影响。
In this paper, based on the analysis of the particle size distribution and stability of gel ink, the effect of guarantee pedod were discussed, studies show that the stability of the different guarantee period of the gel ink are very different, while the particles have a the trend of reunion in system, the particle size distribution changed greatly before and after guarantee period,through the mechanical writing evaluation, and further verify the guarantee period of the gel ink is important in quality of gel ink pen.
