摘要
2008年的美国金融危机迅速演变成全球性经济危机。由于我国经济对外贸易依存度过高,在发达国家消费市场急剧萎缩的情况下,如何通过扩大内需来维持我国经济的高速增长就成为当前必须解决的问题。综观我国目前经济内需不足的表现和影响,笔者认为,必须深化收入分配领域改革,完善收入差距调节制度;完善社会保障制度,增加消费倾向;实施为中小企业减轻税负的税收政策,增加投资需求;适当扩大政府支出规模,增强消费者和投资者信心;积极推动科技创新,培育新的投资和消费热点。
American financial crisis came to be the global economic crisis rapidly in 2008. Because of the high dependence of foreign trade, how to expand domestic demand to maintain economic growth at the high speed becomes an urgent problem as the consumption market shrank sharply in developed countries. This article sum- marizes the research findings of economists in the world and analyses the display and influence of domestic demand insufficiency. It also gives tax policy suggestions to deepen distribution reform and perfect earning gap adjusting system;to perfect society security system and increase the propensity to consume;to lighten the tax burden of minor enterprises and increase investment demand;to expand government spending properly and build up the confidence of consumers and investors;to foster new hotspots of consume and invest. impulse the innovation of science and technology and
