摘要
基于混凝土面层整平提浆技术,对一种铝合金框架式混凝土整平机的应用场合进行了分析;对铝合金框架式混凝土整平机的工作原理、基本结构及主要设计计算方法进行了阐述。经多个不同实际工况使用,结果表明:该机各整平振实效果好,混凝土面层质量优良。
Based on the leveling technology for surface course of concrete pavement, the application occasions of a type of concrete leveling machine with aluminum alloy frame are analyzed. The working principle, basic structure and major design calculation are expounded. The applications under various working conditions indicate that the leveling and compacting effects are fine, and the concrete pavement is of excellent quality.
