摘要
目的研究雌、孕激素对人卵巢癌细胞株HO8910细胞增值、凋亡的影响,从而为临床采用孕激素辅助治疗卵巢癌提供依据。方法体外培养卵巢癌细胞,分为孕激素、雌激素用药组,MTT比色法观察对细胞增殖的影响,流式细胞仪观察对细胞凋亡率的影响。结果随着孕激素浓度的增加,对卵巢癌细胞增值的抑制作用明显增强,而且细胞的凋亡率升高,而雌激素组药物对细胞凋亡及增殖无明显作用。结论孕激素能够抑制卵巢癌细胞的增殖,并能够诱导细胞凋亡,雌激素对细胞增殖及凋亡无明确作用。
Objective to investigate the impact of Estrogen and Progesterone on Proliferation and Apoptosis of Ovarian cancer line HO8910. Methods The groups consisted of deferent concentration of progesterone and estrogen group. Apoptotic percentage was detected by flow Cytometry. The proliferation of ovarian cancer cell was determined by methyl thiazolyl tetrazoliurm （MTT） Results With the increasing of progesterone concentration, progesterone inhibited the growth of ovarian cancer cells significantly. But estrogen has no significant effect on the growth of ovarian cancer cells. Conclusions Progesterone can inhibit the growth of ovarian cancer cells and induce apoptosis. Estrogen doesn＇t have such influence.
