摘要
20CrNi3H钢是一种高级齿轮钢。由于该钢种的金相组织结构特性,生产中常常出现因各种原因产生的裂纹而导致产品成批报废的质量事故,是困扰许多生产厂家的老大难问题。故从成材轧制前的钢锭二次加热曲线入手,根据金属学的相变原理,着重分析了产生表面裂纹的工艺操作原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。
The 20CrNi3H is one kind of high-quality gear steel. Since its metallographic histology property, frequently comes into being the quality mishap due to the error heating means in the production process, it is a hard nut to crack for much manufacture companies. Consiquenly starting with the secondary heating curve for steel ingot before rolling, on the basis of the metal phase transition principle, analyzes with the emphasis on operation reasons to come into being the surface crackle, moreover proposes the relevant settlement step.
