摘要
缺陷产品召回制度调整经济关系,体现了国家对社会经济生活的干预,因此它是一项典型的经济法制度。该制度体现了经济法以社会责任为本位的特点,融入了平衡协调的理念,同时体现了经济法私法与公法的特征,反映了经济法系统综合调整法的本质。
The economic relationship regulated by the defective product recall system demonstrates the governmental interference with social economic life.Therefore,such a system is a typical economic legal one.It has not only the characteristics of economic laws that see social responsibility as their essence,which displays the idea of balance and harmony,but also those that fuse private laws with public laws,which reveals the essence of economic laws as systemic,comprehensive regulations.
