摘要
分别以甲酸和水作溶剂制备丝素和聚乙烯醇溶液,将两溶液共混均匀后加入一定比例银盐,通过静电纺丝法制成含银共混纳米纤维,并对纤维进行155℃热处理。通过调节银盐的加入量和热处理的时间调控纳米银颗粒尺寸。分别采用扫描电镜和透射电镜来表征共混纤维形态及纤维中银颗粒尺寸。结果表明:银盐加入量的增加和热处理时间的增长可以有效地增大纳米银颗粒的尺寸,当热处理时间增加到10min,颗粒变得分布不均匀且尺寸很大。
Silk fibroin (SF) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution were prepared respectively by formic acid and water as solvent, and then blend the solution, adding particular ratio of silver salt. The PVA/ SF nanofibers containing silver nanoparticles were prepared by electrospinning. The size of the nanoparticles could be controlled by the content of silver salt and the time of the heat-treated. Selected samples were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to evaluate the nanofibers and nanoparticles morphology. Results showed that the size of the nanoparticles increased with the increasing of silver salt proportion and the time of the heat-treated. But when the time of heat-treated increased to 10 min, the size of silver nanoparticles increased distinctly and the nanoparticles aggregated together.
