一类药物脉冲作用下的乙肝病毒和免疫因子竞争模型分析

摘要 基于周期脉冲输入药物抑制病毒复制的影响,提出了一种具有脉冲效应的病毒和免疫因子竞争模型,并进行了分析,根据FIoquet乘子理论和脉冲微分方程的比较定理,给出病毒灭绝周期解局部渐近稳定与病毒持续存在的条件.最后验证了在满足定理条件下结论是成立的. A class of competition model of HBV and immune factor with impulsive effect of medicine is proposed and analyzed in this paper. By using Floquet theorem and comparison theorem of impulsive differential equation, conditions for local asymptotic stability of HBV-eradication periodic solution and permanence of the HBV are given.
