摘要
采用卸载理论对厚壁双层金属复合管在胀形成形后接触面上的配合性质与材料力学性能之间的关系进行了分析和研究.利用内、外管周向应变的变形协调条件,得出了胀形力P,与内、外管之间残余接触压力P'c的关系式.根据成形过程中残余接触压力的不同,得出了胀形力Pi的工作压力范围.采用MSC.Marc对厚壁双金属复合管外胀成形工艺进行了有限元分析和数值模拟.结果表明:采用适当的胀形类成形工艺,可以在卸载后使不同材料的厚壁双层金属复合管材呈紧密配合状态.
According to unloading theory, the relationship between the fitting property of the contact interface and the material property of the thick bimetal tubes was analyzed after plastic bulging forming. By using the distortion matching condition, the calculating formulas related plastic bulging forming pressure Pi to the residual contact pressure P'c were derived. And according to the various values of the residual contact pressures, the various ranges of bulging forming pressure Pi were obtained. Finite element analysis and numerical simulations were implemented on bulging forming process by using MSC. Marc. The simulation result showed that tight fit bimetal tubes could be obtained after unloading by using proper bulging forming process.
