摘要
采用更新式在自然光照和室温条件下进行了近江牡蛎(Crasostrearivularis)对锌的累积和排出实验。近江牡蛎对海水中锌的累积是净累积型,其体内的锌含量与海水的锌浓度之间呈显著的线性正相关(P<0.01)。近江牡蛎体内的锌含量与暴露时间之间呈显著的线性正相关(P<0.01),经35天的净化观察其体内的锌含量未有排出的趋势。近江牡蛎体内累积的锌与暴露水体盐度之间呈显著的负相关(P<0.01)。
The results from the study on accumulation and discharge of Zn by Crassostrea rivularis are as follows:the pattern of Zn taken up by Crassostrea rivularis was net accumulation.Zinc was linearly accumulated by the oyster in proportion to ambient metal concentrations up to 316μg Zn/L over 10d(P<0.01).The metal was continuously accumulated in the tissues of the oyster through the exposure(12d),and correlations of the regression line ( P<0.01 ) indicate that accumulation is linear with time.Loss of Zn from Crassostrea rivularis was not observed over 35d depuration.Decrease in accumulation of Zn by this oyster was significant with increasing salinity(P<0.01).As a result,this oyster is a reliable biomonitor of Zn pollution of seawater.
