摘要 目的通过对腔隙性脑梗死的MRI、CT表现对照,探讨MRI检查对诊断腔隙性脑梗死的价值和优点。方法对65例腔隙性脑梗死患者分别进行MRI和CT检查并进行对照分析。结果65例患者MRI扫描发现病灶120个,CT扫描发现病灶84个,扫描包括基底节、内囊、丘脑和脑干等大脑深部的位置。结论MRI检查对早期、微小病变及脑干、后颅窝、颅顶部的病变显示较CT检查更清楚,更优越,是诊断腔隙性脑梗死首选检查方法。 Objective Through to cavity crack cerebral infarction's MRI,the CT performance comparison, discusses the MRI inspection to diagnose the cavity crack cerebral infarction's value and the merit.Methods Carries on MRI and CT separately to 65 example cavity crack cerebral infarction patient inspects and carries on the check analysis.Results 65 example patient MRI scanning discovery infection 120,CT scanning discovery infection 84,scan including the basis festival,in the pouch,the cerebral ganglion and the brain waits the cerebrum depth portion the position.Conclusion MRI inspection after early time,small pathological change and brain stem, the cranial fossa, the skull crown's pathological change demonstrated that compares the CT inspection to be clearer,is more superior, diagnoses the cavity crack cerebral infarction first choice inspection method.
