摘要
目的通过对196颗牙本质过敏患牙进行2种脱敏治疗方法,分析其术后反映情况和治疗结果,讨论激光治疗牙过敏症的疗效,寻求更好的治疗方法。方法把196颗患牙随机分为2组,实验组和对照组分别进行激光治疗和常规的氟化钠脱敏治疗,术后1周和3个月复查。结果(1)1周后治疗结果,实验组,显效为98颗,有效率100%,对照组,显效,有效,无效分别为1颗,80颗,17颗,有效率为81.63%,2组疗效有显著差异(P<0.01)。(2)3个月后治疗结果,实验组,显效,有效,分别为95颗,3颗,有效率为100%,对照组,有效,无效分别为60颗,38颗,有效率为61.22%,2组疗效有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论MDC半导体激光治疗牙本质过敏效果可靠,疗程短,治愈率高,可替代传统的药物过敏,在临床具有推广应用价值。
Objective By 196, two kinds of teeth with dentin hypersensitivity desensitization therapy,Analyze the situation and treatment outcomes after,Laser treatment of dental hypersensitivity to discuss the efficacy of,To find better treatments.Methods The 196 teeth were randomly divided into two groups, experimental and control groups respectively of sodium fluoride laser treatment and conventional desensitization therapy, after one week and three--month review.Results (1)Outcome of treatment a week later, the experimental group were cured for 98, efficiency 100%, control group, markedly effective, effective, ineffective, respectively 1,80,17,efficiency of 81.63%, a significant difference in therapeutic effect (P〈0.01).(2)After three months of treatment outcomes, the experimental group, markedly effective, effective, respectively, 95, 3, efficiency is 100%,control group, effective, ineffective, respectively 60, 38, efficiency of 61.22%, 2 Group effects were significantly different (P〈0.01).Conclusion MDC semiconductor laser treatment of dentin hypersensitivity efficacy, short duration, high cure rate can be an alternative to traditional drug allergy, in the popularization and application of clinical value.
