摘要
目的:评价头孢哌酮/舒巴坦在治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系感染时的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析本科86例糖尿病合并感染患者应用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的临床资料,剂量:2g加入0.9%盐水100mL中静脉滴注,每日2次。根据卫生部新药临床研究指导原则标准判定疗效。结果:头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗本组糖尿病合并泌尿系统感染的有效率为83.72%。结论:头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系统感染疗效明显而且安全性好。
Objective：To evaluate the effect and safety of Cefperazone-Sulbactam in the treatment of the Diabetes complicated with infection.Methods：With the retrospective analysis, 86 cases complicated with infection from our department with the treatment of Cefperazone-Sulbactam were observed. The dose was 2.0g/d and divided into two times for intravenous instillation. The course of treatment was 14 days. The effect was judged based on the instruction principle for the clinical research of new drugs of Ministry of Health.Results：The effective rate of Cefperazone-Sulbactam in the treatment of the Diabetes complicated with infection in our group was 83.72.Conclusion：Cefperazone-Sulbactam in the treatment of the Diabetes complicated with infection was significantly effective and its safety was good.
