摘要
以Dickson供应商绩效评价标准作为依据,结合面料供应商的实际情况,拟定24个服装面料供应商评估的影响因素。通过对浙江部分大型服装企业进行问卷调查,得出了面料供应商评价的主要指标,运用SPSS软件进行主成分因子分析,并运用matlab软件计算各指标权重,构建服装面料供应商的评价体系模型。以国内某大型服装企业为案例对评价模型进行实证研究,结果表明建立的评价模型具有有效性和可行性。
According to theoretical basis of the Dickson＇s evaluation criteria about supplier perform-ance, combining practice of fabric suppliers, this paper works out 24 factors of fabric suppliers evaluation. Through the questionnaire survey of the large-scale garment enterprises within Zhejiang province, the authors obtain the major index of fabric supplier evaluation. Using principal component factor analysis with SPSS software, and calculate the index weight with MATLAB software, the paper establishes the model of the fabric supplier evaluation system. And empirical research is done on a large-scale garment enterprises as a case study. The results show the model of the fabric supplier evaluation possesses effectiveness and feasibility.
