摘要
分析山羊绒、牦牛绒等特种动物纤维的表面形态是这类纺织品及其成分检测的重要依据。利用图像处理技术中的灰值形态学方法,从研究白色羊毛、羊绒纤维表面形态的光学显微镜图像处理入手,对棕色的牦牛绒纤维采用铸膜法转换加光学显微镜法采集图像,实现了对有色动物纤维表面形态图像的处理,能够反映近似于扫描电镜图像的表面形态结构特征,对动物纤维的自动识别及自动检测具有重要的意义。
The analysis of morphology of special animal fibers, such as cashmere and yak hair, is one of the most important basic tests of textiles and their content. In this paper, the computer image process- ing techniques with grayscale methodology is applied to process the optics microscope image of white wool fiber at first. Through the transformation of optics microscope image from film-cast of scales, the comput- er image processing of brown yak hair is carried out. The processed computer image shows the similar characteristics as that of scanning electronic microscope. It is quite significant for the auto-recognition and auto-detection of the dark colored animal fibers.
