摘要 采用文献资料法,介绍了HIF-1的概念及主要功能,HIF-1在高原训练中的主要影响因素,分析总结了国内外有关HIF-1在高原低氧训练中的研究现状及存在的问题。并指出了HIF-1在高原低氧训练中研究的意义和将来值得研究的方向。总结后认为:机体在低氧下运动时,HIF-1增加了VEGF、EPO基因的表达以及促进糖酵解的进行,可提高运动员的运动能力。 Through the documents, this article introduced the main concept, function, and its influence factors in altitude training of HIF-1, and points out the study significance and its valuable study trends in future of HIF-1 in altitude training. At last it gets the summing-up that when body exercises under hypoxia; the HIF-1 increases the gene function of VEGF and EPO, and promotes the body's glueolysis; and then develops athletes sports ability.
