摘要
目的探讨湖南省人口流动/迁移对艾滋病流行态势的影响,了解外来媳妇的HIV感染状况。方法用问卷形式和血清学检测的方法对醴陵市与衡南县外来媳妇进行调查,了解外来媳妇的行为特征、HIV感染情况及艾滋病防治知识的知晓率情况,并以同样的方法调查部分本地媳妇做对比。结果醴陵市共调查1000名外来媳妇,1000名本地媳妇;衡南县共调查1001名外来媳妇,1000名本地媳妇,两地外来媳妇中共发现3例HIV阳性患者,两地本地媳妇中共发现2例HIV阳性患者;两地外来媳妇与本地媳妇知晓率最高的问题是共用针具吸毒会感染艾滋病,占87.0%与84.3%,最低的问题是同桌吃饭会不会感染艾滋病,知晓率为37.5%与36.8%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论虽然两者间HIV感染的风险差异无统计学意义,但是应该密切注意艾滋病疫情较严重地区女性的流动和加强艾滋病防治知识的教育。
Objective To study the influence of population migration on the HIV/AIDS prevalence situation,and to know the status of HIV infection among the foreign wives in Liling City and Hengnan County. Methods The questionnaire and serological detection method were used to investigate the foreign wives in both Liling City and Hengnan County to understand the behavioral characteristics,HIV infection and awareness rate of AIDS-prevention of the foreign wives,and a survey of some of the local wives was conducted with the same methods as a comparison. Results Totally 1,000 foreign wives and 1,000 local wives in Liling and 1001 foreign wives and 1,000 local wives in Hengnan County were enrolled in this study. Three cases of HIV-positive foreign wives and two cases of HIV-positive local wives were found in the two places. As for both foreign wives and local wives,the highest rate of awareness was about the issue that shared drug needles contributed to AIDS,accounting for 87.0% and 84.3%,respectively; the lowest rate of awareness was about whether having dinner with public tableware resulting in AIDS infection,with the rate of 37.5% and 36.8%,respectively; and no statistically significant difference was found （P0.05）. Conclusions Although no statistically significant difference is found in the risk of HIV/AIDS infection between foreign wives and local wives,but it is necessary to pay more attention to the floating women in the areas with serious HIV/AIDS epidemics and to enhance education of AIDS prevention knowledge.
