摘要
选取花生品种群育54和潍花8号的幼苗,进行网斑病菌接种和不同浓度水杨酸溶液的诱导处理后,测定两个品种几丁质酶活性。结果表明,经诱导处理后,两品种叶片几丁质酶活性均有提高,群育54酶活性水平提高幅度远大于潍花8号。几丁质酶活性在网斑病菌侵染后6d达到峰值,可提高3~5倍;水杨酸处理后48h达到峰值,可提高5~10倍。不同浓度水杨酸对两个品种几丁质酶活性诱导效果有差别,1.5mmol/L水杨酸溶液处理后48h几丁质酶的活性达到最高。
The seedlings of two peanut varieties Qunyu 54 and Weihua 8 were inoculated by Phoma. arachidicola Maras and sprayed by salicylic acid of three different concentrations respectively, and the chitinase activity was measured. The results showed that the chitinase activity in the two varieties increased after inducement, and the chitinase activity of Qunyu 54 was higher obviously than that of Weihua 8. Chitinase activity reached the highest, increasing 3-5 fold 6h after the infection of P. arachidicola Maras; while increasing 5-10 fold 48h after spraying salicylic acid. The chitinase activity showed obvious difference in the inducement of different concentration of salicylic acid, and reached the highest 48h after induced by 1.5mmol/L salicylic acid.
