摘要
FM法拔长过程中,合理的工艺参数对于保证锻件质量具有重要的作用。采用模拟技术研究了FM法砧宽比和变形量的影响和作用效果,发现了砧宽比和压下量过大时,锻件表面容易产生裂纹。将砧宽比控制在0.6左右,压下率控制在14%~20%之间,既能有效控制表面裂纹出现,又能保证整个锻件处于合理的塑性变形范围内,这对于保证塑性较差材料的锻造质量效果尤为明显。
The rational technological parameter of FM forging process plays an important role technological parame- ter in improving the quality of heavy forgings. The effects of width ratio of anvil and reduction in FM forging process are investigated by using the modeling technique. It shows that cracks on billet surface will be revealed in forging process with excessive width ratio of anvil and reduction. It is suggested that the width ratio of anvil is about 0.6 and the reduc- tion ratio is 14% - 20%. Using these parameters in FM forging process, it can guarantee the rational strain distribution and effectively control the surface cracks, especially for forging quality of material with low plasticity.
