摘要
德育教师人格是德育有效性的基本保障,而当前德育教师面临着"人学"困境、现代性困境和伦理困境等诸多人格困境。深入剖析德育教师的人格困境及其与德育本身、现代性、现代教师伦理之间的张力与关联,是提高德育有效性、研究德育教师群体的基础性工作。
Moral education teachers' personality is the primary guarantee of the effectiveness of moral education. However, today's moral education teachers are confronted with a personality puzzle caused by the predicaments in human study, modernity and ethics. In-depth analysis of their personality puzzle and its intension and relationship with moral education, modernity, and modem teacher ethics is the basic work for the improvement of the effectiveness of moral education and the study of moral education teachers.
