摘要
利用AES、XRD和WDS等手段研究了W18Cr4V钢表面用多弧离子镀技术沉积的TiN涂层中添加Al、C等元素对涂层磨损机理的影响.试验结果表明,TiAlN涂层跟TiN的相同,仍以微剥落为主要失效形式,而TiCN则在磨损接触面上形成了界面层.磨损过程就是界面层向涂层内部的迁移过程.
The effect of additives on wear mecanism of TiN coatings deposited on steel T(W18Cr4V)by multi-arc ion plating techniques are investigatal by using AES, XRD, and WDS. It is found thatTiAlN is same as TiN, is micros-spalled off,while TiCN coatings is corroded by a interfaciallayer Which is developed in the course of wearing.
