摘要
在通用变频器控制的交流调速系统中,当电动机带位能负载重物下放、减速或者制动时,电动机处于再生发电制动状态,再生的电能反馈到变频器的直流电路上,仅靠变频器的吸收,会形成"泵升电压";过高直流电压将威胁系统的安全工作,因而在系统中采取相应的制动方式十分重要。通过对系统各种制动方式的分析,总结出不同制动方式的特点和适用场合,为交流变频调速系统制动方式的选取提供了依据,具有一定的应用价值。
In general purposed AC governing systems controlled by inverters, when electric motor is in laying down heavy load with potential energy, deceleration or braking, the motor may get into regenerative braking state, the regenerative energy is fed back to DC circuit of inverter, if absorption is only completed by the inverter itself, then "pumping-up voltage" would be formed,and the high DC voltage would threaten system's safety, so selecting proper braking mode is very important. Through analyzing various braking modes of the system, their features and suitable applicable situations are summarized, which provides the criteria for selecting appropriate braking mode for AC variable frequency governing systems and has a certain value.
