摘要
采用微波加热和油浴加热分别测定土壤有机质结果表明,微波加热消解法的精密度、准确度、可信度相对较高,更有利于进行实验室质量控制和提高分析速度。
The organic matte of soil was determined using of microwave heating method and the oil bath heating method. The result showed that the precision, accuracy, credibility level of microwave heating resolution＇s method are relatively high which is more advantageous in carries on the laboratory quality control and the enhancement analysis speed. And it will definitely play the important role in the soil agricultural analysis work and give us a new inspiration.
