摘要
目的:观察中药联合FOLFOX-4方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和不良反应的改善情况。方法:将105例晚期胃癌患者分成两组,对照组54例采用FOLFOX-4方案化疗,治疗组51例在(对照组)FOLFOX-4方案化疗的基础上加用中药四君抗癌汤口服,2周期后观察治疗效果,包括有效率、中位生存期、毒副反应、临床症状改善情况等。结果:治疗组51例完全缓解(CR)3例,部分缓解(PR)18例,总有效率(RR)41.17%。对照组54例CR2例,PR15例,总有效率(RR)31.48%,两组比较没有显著性差异,P>0.05。治疗组中位生存期11.2个月,对照组中位生存期10.1个月。两组比较差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。主要不良反应骨髓抑制,恶心、呕吐,肝肾功能损伤等方面治疗组均较对照组明显减轻。结论:中药四君抗癌汤联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌具有提高化疗有效率,延长患者的生存时间,减轻化疗不良反应,提高患者生活质量的作用。
Objective：To observe the curative effect and improvement of side effect of traditional chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods：105 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were divided into two groups.51 patients treated with traditional chinese medicine prescriptions combined with FOLFOX-4 regimes,while54 patients treated with chemotherapy alone as control group.After 2 cycles therapy,the curative effect including response rate,median survival time,untoward effect,and the improvement of clinical symptom.Results：In combined group,3 patients had complete response,18 patients had partial response,the response rate was 41.17%.In control group,2 patients had complete response,15 patients had partial response,the response rate was 31.48%.The median survival time of combined group and control group were 11.2 months and 10.1 months respectively（P0.05）.The untoward effect of combined group such as the arresting of bone marrow,nausea,vomit and injury of liver function and renal function were all less than those of control group.Conclusion：The combination of chemotherapy and Chinese herb for patients with advanced gastric cancer was able to increase the response rate,prolong the survival time of patients,lighten the untoward effect of chemotherapy,and enhance the quality of life.
