摘要
科学发展观是高校基层党建工作的重要指导思想。高校基层党建工作必须紧紧围绕发展这一要义,积极树立以人为本的核心理念,深刻体现全面、协调、可持续发展的基本要求,坚决执行统筹兼顾的根本方法。在科学发展观的指导下,高校基层党建工作必须要紧紧围绕发展这一要义,不断完善工作思路;树立以人为本的核心理念,积极改进工作方法;深刻体现全面协调、统筹兼顾,努力推进自身建设。
Scientific concept of development is the important guiding ideology of the basic party construction work mechanism of colleges. The work of Party building at the basic level of university must establish concept of putting human first, reflect the basic demand deeply which is comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, carry out the basic method to make overall plans firmly. Under the guidance of scientific development view, we must centre on the development firmly in the work of Party building at the basic level of university and improv the work train of thoughts constantly, establishing the human-oriented key idea, improving the work method actively, making overall plans in an all-round way and making great efforts to advance self-building.
