摘要
胃癌前病变是近年来胃癌2级预防的工作重点,该文综述了近年来中医药对该病的实验研究。其中制作动物模型方面一般是以结合致癌物的综合造模方法最为常用;机理研究方面发现中药可通过直接保护胃黏膜、抑制幽门螺杆菌感染、抑制端粒酶活性、调节机体免疫功能、调节细胞增殖和凋亡相关基因等环节达到治疗胃癌前病变的目的。
Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer is the secondary prevention focus of the gastric cancer work in recent years. The experimental medicine of the disease studies in the last decade is summed up in the present paper. Production of animal models is usually used combining an integrated modeling approach. Mechanism research shows TCM can protect gastric mucosa, inhibition of Helicobacter pylori infection, inhibition of telomerase activity, can regulate immune function and regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis-related genes to achieve the purpose of treatment of gastric precancerous lesions.
