摘要
采用50%的工业双氧水为引发剂、乙醇为溶剂、丁二烯为单体,进行自由基溶液聚合端羟基液体聚丁二烯。考察了引发剂、溶剂等因素对产品产率及性能的影响,对聚合物的分子量、分子量分布、粘度、羟值等性能进行了表征。确定了最佳合成工艺条件。在产品的后处理方面,考察了不同的后处理方法对产品中残存的双氧水含量及水含量的影响,结果表明,后处理宜采用热水洗涤法。
The free radical polymerization of HTPB, initiated by 50% H 2O 2 in alcohol solvent, and with butadiene as monomer , was studied. The effects of the initiator and solvent on the yield and properties of HTPB were investigated. The molecular weight and its distribution as well as viscosity and hydroxyl value were respectively characterized with VPO, GPC and rotational viscometer. The optimal technology parameters were found. In post treatment, the effects of different post treatment of residue content of H 2O 2 and H 2O in HTPB were investigated. The preference was the hot water washing method in the post treatment.
